Says Bob MiltonPerhaps now is the time to remind HCC why they hold the land ie public recreation and as it is not s193 the BHS should react immediately and claim all tracks and routes that equestrians use across the common otherwise we will be fenced out.

This strategy should be a priority for all non equestrian commons so as to maintain our access around and through these open and unenclosed lands.

Without such action and the impending cut off date the historical routes will not be claimable
