Police arrest protester

Says Tony Barnett

Says Tony Barnett"HAD A GOOD DAY ON THE COMMON, MOST OF THE FENCE IS DOWN AGAIN, ONE OF US GOT ARRESTED, BUT NOT CHARGED, PITY REALLY THIS COULD HAVE GONE ALL THE WAY TO CROWN COURT INVOLVING FULL DISCLOSURE, THERE IS HOPE YET BECAUSE OF BAIL.

MY ADVOCATE WILL BE IN ATTENDANCE THIS TIME AS NO QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED, AND NEVER WILL BE, NOW TRISH HAINES WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUPPORT THE CLAIM THAT WCC (Worcestershire County Council) HAVE LOCUS STAN-DI, AND TO ANSWER MY CLAIM OF MISUSE OF PUBLIC FUNDING, ANOTHER £8,500 IS BEING PAID TO THE OWNER OF CATTLE THAT HAVE NO RIGHTS ON THE COMMON, THERE IS RISK OF INJURY TO MAN AND DOG BY THESE CATTLE.

BUT A GREATER RISK OF ASSASSINATION OF FREEDOM AND DEMOCRACY EXISTS FROM THIS CORRUPT WCC AND EMPLOYEES."

Steve Yandall writes to

the Rt.Hon Caroline Spelman,
the Rt Hon Nick Herbert
and the Rt Hon Eric Pickles.

To be arrested when acting to uphold the law may hold an attraction/interest to Amnesty lawyers and the obstruction/grazing should be of interest to disabled organisations and the discrimination board?

Says Steve Yandall

Says Steve YandallI forward an email sent by Mr Tony Barnett (an expert on Common Land Law) that illustrates the exceptional action he has had to take to counter illegal ingresses by NGO's/LA's onto our 'Common heritage'.A 900 year old heritage as important as any work of art or historic building but one under threat!

The nub is that LA's are adopting ownership rather than guardianship of common land.

Having informed you of former transgressions of NE/LA's regarding Disability Laws/CROW/Highways etc I am extremely concerned that legal contraventions are still being alleged and that action to halt this has not resulted in allegations being fairly and openly judged.

Mr Barnett is actively pursuing the reestablishment of laws going back 900 years.

The risks associated with the establishment of principle and the reestablishment of laws that have been usurped requires people of determination like Mr Barnett and his case is of importance to each of your departments. The means adopted to 'gag' and stereotype Mr Barnett are equally important.

It illustrates a general local authority 'enthusiasm'to adopt powers to which they are not entitled. It further reinforces the NGO agenda lead trampling of rights and their overarching desire to suspend nature and expend materials in being seen to act but failing to achieve a balance between a biodiverse UK and the humanity that shares that biodiversity. It further illustrates the barriers to the establishment of law and achieving a voice to ensure compliance.

I would ask you to consider whether WCC are also guilty of wasting police time, loss of amenity/obstruction, failure to adopt best practise, failure of duty of care and a misuse of public monies? They are certainly causing an obstruction of disabled access to a VERY rare environment--legally protected open access, unfenced land- through fencing and following the Universal dogma of Natural England that, in turn, is globally degrading as it relies so much on intervention and the material damage that funds it .

Ignorance is no defence in the law BUT LA's continue to offend when enlightened and that must surely represent complicity and contempt of that law plus discrimination against those that selflessly support established, historic and valuable laws that clearly set out access rights.

To be arrested when acting to uphold the law may hold an attraction/interest to Amnesty lawyers and the obstruction/grazing should be of interest to disabled organisations and the discrimination board?

Whilst writing Ms Spelman. You wrote that you would 'deal' with my claim that ERDF funding had been used when alternative funding was available for the HEATH project in Cornwall(against ERDF rules).I had written to both yourself and Mr Pickles circa 18 months ago as the farmers involved had achieved 100% grant aid when the BEST other businesses in Cornwall could achieve was 50% match funding(thus discounting those that could not raise funding). No development benefits have been noted and,in fact, visitor numbers have dropped in the areas ERDF was used.

my best regards,
Steve Yandall.

I pine for a more sensible approach to saving our forests
