I thought you would be interested to read the email from the LGO.

It seems the Quangos are in control now and colluding with local government in the cover up of their misdemeanors !!

David Cameron needs to flush them out and start again if he needs to. It would save a great deal of money in these straightened times and free the bureaucrats to do a more useful job since they are clearly not working in the public interest.
