I would like to make you aware of the following notification of intent by Tony Barnett(Common Heritage).
I merely seek to engender your interest, for Mr Barnett's own protection, as the multiple agency failures over many years will range hugely powerful and potentially dangerous individuals against him(he has already been crippled in the course of defending his rights).
Both of you, on occassion, have referred to systemic failings that are exemplified within Mr Barnett's long standing challenge.
Mr Barnett has identified both the means used to create unlawful advantage and the means that are used to suppress lawful challenges. You are now aware, which is what I sought.
