Says Tony BarnerttAS THE PLANNING APLICATION TO PINS WAS NOT SIGNED, IT WOULD THEREFORE ONLY BE A DRAFT AND NOT AN APPLICATION, I SUBMITT THEREFORE THAT THE CONSENT ALTHOUGH PROVISIONAL SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN GIVEN.

DOCUMENTS SHOW THAT THE APPLICATION WAS FOR FENCING OF THE BARROWS AND NOT FOR ANYTHING ELSE, MY ADDRESS TO THE POLICE IS THAT FALSE REPRESENTATION BY WAVERLEY AND THE NATIONAL TRUST WAS COMMITTED, BUT FURTHER, THE OBTAINING OF PAYMENT FROM MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC TO USE COMMONERS RIGHTS COULD ALSO BE IDENTIFIED UNDER THE SAME FRAUD ACT OF 2006.
