Says Tony Barnett The land registry documents, do not show any legal entitlement to make grants of easement by Waverley or the national trust, or that any document to show title deeds, they are in fact useless and leaves the council as being in collusion with the national trust to dishonesty.

May I therefore suggest, the CEO of your council takes issue with the trust and demand official copies of title deeds, which as the law prescribe`s must pre-date 1189.

Tony Barnett writes to Juliet Allan-Jones, The National TRust The lease agreements are not lawfully official, and indeed unlawful the statements/claims referred to on the document are of false representation, Says Tony Barnett I am in receipt of a copy of the lease agreement issued by the trust to Waverley borough Council for grants of easement to frensham Commons, ie the great pond,little pond and the land itself.

The lease agreements are not lawfully official, and indeed unlawful the statements/claims referred to on the document are of false representation, subsequently I have suggested to the CEO and legal team at Waverley to seek access to your claimed title deeds to show ownership of the entire areas of Frensham common.
