Says Adrienne Yentis

Says Adrienne YentisA friend of mine recently was riding on the heath
and she came across a group of cattle strung out across the bridlepath with no way through – the only way off was to turn round. Fortunately her horse
remained calm throughout. But you can imagine how a nervous horse might react ........... read more

Prees Heath, Shropshire

Tony Barnett writes to the Information Commissioner

"It is now for the council to show honesty and admit collusion and theft of parts of this common land so that matters in the courts in this area and the high courts in London can bring the matters to a conclusion."

Says Tony Barnett

Says Tony Barnett As you will see from the information Roy Morris has forwarded it does not in anyway complete my request for information.

Shropshire councils claim/state that the common land is Prees Heath, owned by Prees Heath ltd, to which part was allegedly conveyed to the council, to Butterfly Conservation, and registered as such and apart from the council, has a land registry document fraudulently obtained, if this is/was correct then as a/the registering authority under the 1965 CRA it would show on the common owners registration held at council offices, I have requested access/copies of those documents.

As the Common Land Whitchurch Heath was registered in accordance with the requirements of the secretary of states officers, the Commons Commissioner, subject to information supplied to the commission by the clerk to the council for that period as Whitchurch Heath, the Commission registered the land as Whitchurch Heath Common CL21 as an un-owned common land/where no owner-s could be traced, this would show on registered held by the council.

Any amendments will/should also be registered.

You may think my inquiries/applications for information silly or a waste of your time? because I know that Prees Heath(registered in my name) is the aka/logo and has/is being used as a vehicle to steal Whitchurch Heath Common CL21, the council therefore are in collusion with others to steal Whitchurch Heath Common CL21.

My application therefore is for evidence, they claim to hold to show legal and proper title to Prees Heath, and the decision by the Commons Commissioner for the 1965 commons registration act (CRA)

My registration for and on behalf of Common Heritage as owners of the AKA prees Heath has been disclosed, it is now for the council to show honesty and admit collusion and theft of parts of this common land so that matters in the courts in this area and the high courts in London can bring the matters to a conclusion.

We moved to a Shropshire location a year ago having surveyed the local OS map and noted the significant number of bridleways around the property. Sadly the map appears a total fiction. Scarce any of the bridleways are usable ........... read more
