Prees Heath Common, Shropshire

Tony Barnett writes to Chris Jackson, Telford Land Registry.

"I submit that Telford land Registry have not followed procedure as is laid down."

Says Tony Barnett

Says Tony BarnettThe common land that this registration refers to is the aka of the registered common Whitchurch Heath Common CL21 the aka is the vehicle used in this case as it has to other registrations to Telford Land Registry to steal common land.

This document was not applied for by any members of the Butterfly Conservation and as the reply to my application to the land registry state "The enclosed is returned as we are unable to link it to any current or recent applications in land registry".

My application for information for the person registering the ownership of the aka prees Heath 10/12/07, the reply 14/12/07, the statement above was made by Robin Killick of Telford land Registry.

There are several registrations obtained to various claims to ownership rights, but all are of the AKA Prees Heath, no documentation/title deeds are in evidence, however, I applied to claim the aka/logo, but as you will have worked out that is all we/I own and nothing else, my application was to prevent further false representation, as Whitchurch Heath Common CL21 registered as unowned common land by s 9 of the 1965 act, now section 45 2006 commons act, there are no title deeds obtainable.

I therefore submit that Telford land Registry have not followed procedure as is laid down.
