Says David Evans It is now evident that the land registration document SH6984 was created without following procedure as is set down by the land registration legislation.

This is evidently correct to state because HCC cannot disclose any evidence that Whitfield disclosed to register himself as the owner of any part of Broxhead common, any proof to show he was right to enclose part of the common,proof of rights to lease to HCC, just as HCC had no rights to sublease, just as HWT have no legal occupation.

Looking at the "unlawful activities" of all involved would be enough to approach the courts in Winchester for judgement in claims of false representation.

This is a disgrace, maladministration by government offices and a full report should now be forwarded to the Minister for Communities and local government, as it is also clear that false representation have and still are ongoing, the the minister for policing and justice should also be brought into the matters.
