Frensham Common, Surrey

Tony Barnett writes to Jeremy Hunt MP

"Frensham Common has/is being used as collateral to gain funding but most of all taking money from lease agreements from members of the public "

Says Tony Barnett

Says Tony BarnettMinister, I write to you on behalf of your constituents, regarding fraud and collusion, with the National Trust.

This is now fact and has continued for some years, where Frensham Common has/is being used as collateral to gain funding but most of all taking money from lease agreements from members of the public to use waters for sports ie fishing and boating amounting to 1,000's of £', this also has a knock on effect because the clubs paying fees to National Trust and Waverley borough council, are charging club members fee's.

Evidence has now come to light, that the council and NT have no locus stan-di, partly because through an FOI and internal inquiries over the last 12 months, the councils and NT have disclosed and made statements that there are no pre-registration of title deed's to predate 1189 to show this common land as demesne lands of a lordships estate.

The county council are the registration authorities and hold common registration documents, yet did nothing to stop the fraudulent application to pins and the leasing of commoners rights and public open access.

I will not go on with a mountain of detail, but hope you will take immediate steps on behalf of your constituents.
