AS THE MOD ONLY HAVE THE LAND VESTED IN THEM BY THE SECRETARY OF STATE, WAS AN APPLICATION MADE TO ALLOW DEEDS OF GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC ACCESS.

IT IS ALL VERY WELL PUTTING UP SIGNAGE TO WARN OF DANGERS BUT WHO WAS THERE TO SEE THAT THE SIGNS WERE COMPLIED WITH, CHILDREN ARE SEEN IN THE BUILDINGS WHICH ARE IDENTIFIED AS UNSAFE YET PARENTS ARE ALLOWING CHILDREN TO ENTER THEM.

I SUSPECT THAT THERE WAS NO WRITTEN INVITATION TO ENTER THE EXERCISE AREA WAS GIVEN AND THEREFORE THE MOD COULD ESCAPE INJURY CLAIMS MADE AGAINST IT, BUT THE AREA WAS NOT SECURE TO PREVENT ACCIDENT.

NICE FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC TO SEE BEHIND THE SCENES, BUT THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN WARNED THAT TO ENTER WAS ENTIRELY AT THEIR OWN RISK, BUT ESCORTS SHOULD HAVE BEEN ON DUTY.
