Tony Barnett attacks claims on their web-site
Says Tony Barnett
MAY I INFORM THAT THIS IS NOT TRUE.
MAY I ALSO SUGGEST THAT YOUR INTENTION TO ENCLOSE/IMPEDE WILL BE UNLAWFUL
Says Tony Barnett
YOUR WEB PAGE INFERS THAT THE MOD ESTATES AND ANOTHER ARE PART OF A MANAGEMENT UNDERTAKING ON 5 COMMONS IN SURREY!
WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR DEFRA.
ANY ATTEMPT AT THIS PRIVATE AGENDA, COLLUDING WITH NATURAL ENGLAND TO OBTAIN THAT AGENDA, WILL BE FOUGHT AGAINST WITH VIGOUR.
CLAIMS TO RIGHTS MUST BE DISCLOSED, UNDER THE 2005 FOI, I MAKE THAT APPLICATION FOR YOU TO DISCLOSE ALL DOCUMENTATION.
Surrey Wildlife Trust Steve Yandall warns
Grant funding is only available for lawful activity and that unlawful activity could lead to forfeiture
Says Steve Yandall.
The imposition of a conservation agenda within the context of no research being undertaken on environmental impacts is potentially hugely destructive.Massive flaws exist in the current agri/env programme . These compromise culture, best practise, legality, access, sustainability, culture and heritage.
If the public are alienated so too is sustainability.
All Wildlife Trusts have been given a financial opportunity but this must NOT be interpreted as a one off opportunity for blanket imposition or natures resilience to change may be compromised.Mixed management, old skills and innovation must not be overlooked in the face of fiscal inducements.Time scales outside the 10 year grant periods are also of huge importance.Where are 25 year cycles?
I fully support Tony Barnett's statement and will vigorously defend our Sovereign and legal heritage re Common Land established over 1000 years.Common Land law establishes the right of the common man NOT the right of organisations to impede, exclude or erode the rights of every comon man.
Could I remind you that grant funding is only available for lawful activity and that unlawful activity could lead to forfeiture and interpreted as contractual fraud in the knowledge of Tony Barnett's clear guidance as to the legal status of your actions?
