WHY WE SHOULD NOW BE PLANNING A NATIONAL APPEAL TO NEW GOVERNMENT MINISTERS

Says Tony Barnett

Says Tony Barnett Why we should make a national appeal to the future holders of the Ministerial post "communities and local government and policing and justice".

I know that loads of objections have been made in the past against the theft of our common lands and other open countyside access as bridle and pedestrian rights of way formed by ancient rights and not as of custom.

It will probably be in July before we know who is to take up the posts, if it is Labour then there will be great difficulty as they introduced pins and sacked the commons commissioner, because of this, Natural England was created at the loss of open courts held by the commissioners office to examine claims of ownership/title deeds, now we see fraudulent applications to the new body/quango and consents given that have no legal status at all.

There is total collusion between members of the powerful in each county which extends to the highest level in the judiciary in the land the high courts chancery issues division, whether the actions by this court is deliberate or by the last government and supported by all parties I do not know.

But that should not deter those that seek answers as to why we need to lose our ancient open access to the countryside because local and central government wish to use property, not belonging as collateral in order to receive HLS from Natural England, gained from EU to enclose, approve land that we have a higher status of rights to.

I was in court last week, this should have been for directions, this would have given me my rights as is laid down by the European Convention on Human rights (article 6), which the district judge said I was not entitiled too, the entire convention supports the public's human rights, but he, like a lot of in this country when supporting the council or central government will take this action.

There is a need therefore to come together, and I would that we get publication through the press and media(which at the moment they will not do) Billions are being made available to charities that have no rights to the funding, councils,National Trust, the list is endless, however this funding cannot be gained until pins gives consent, it is given without examining the claimants and investigating the objections and documentary evidence disclosed by the objectors.

However this new approach is taken, we all need to agree on it, there is also theft of our open access/common land paid for from HLF which comes from the money set aside for good causes (from the lottery) and from landfill which is also set aside for good causes, works on land not belonging is not "good causes", and it is certainly not for corrupt agendas.

To keep what is our heritage, what two WW's were fought for, our freedom, there is a need for full support via petitions so as to hand delivery to the ministers with responsibility.

Horseytalk is the link between us all.

Says Linda Wright

Says Linda WrightWe moved to a Shropshire location a year ago having surveyed the local OS map and noted the significant number of bridleways around the property. Sadly the map appears a total fiction. Scarce any of the bridleways are usable ........... read more
