Tony Barnett writes to the Charity Commission CEO, Paula Sussex.

"The Charity Commission is not fit for purpose and has failed to tackle abuses of charitable status properly"

Says Tony Barnett

Says Tony Barnett I have received an email from Liam Carroll, a person that I dealt with over the years, a person who was the one who showed bias towards butterfly conservation even though he had/has documented information to show that funding was gained by false representation by the charities SWT and BC, so strong is the evidence that no further consents by PINs will be given even by supplementary/doubt.

My first contact with you was subject to Michelle Russell's statement, which no doubt was under oath when the Charity Commission was under question by MPs and others.

Fraud is being protected because no investigation is being carried out even as stated before documentation shows that conveyances and any other deeds of grant/easement can be made as the subject is not freehold which then proves the application for funding is subject to mortgage fraud (using property not belonging as collateral), statements from Warren Martin details in full that there are no title deeds to pre-date 1189 (please read Paul Stafford QC chancery bar) he defeated the Chief land Registrar.

Because false representations for funding is not being investigated by the charity commission's officers, funding that should go towards good causes, is going to support personal agendas, which in turn is stealing public amenities used for air and exercise, I will therefore request that a more senior officer, with knowledge of conveyance is given the responsibility to have matters of applications, even retrospectively examined

I am aware that the Commission has the power to freeze assets of various charities and to assist in prosecutions, this is public monies being misappropriated and as Dame Margaret Hodge says the Charity Commission is not fit for purpose and has failed to tackle abuses of charitable status properly, I can personally support that statement and will.
