Tony Barnett writes to the Clerk, Shrewsbury Magistrates Court
"I need Court records to help my long battle to clear my name "

I am writing to you for information needed because of my contact with MP Liz Truss, Lord Chancellor & Secretary of state for justice, I have been able to proceed with my long battle to clear my name, which was besmirched by the then Judge Morgan.
As you were the court clerk at the time and would have been recording the matters no doubt they would be on record.
In your writings you would have logged the statement by the 
then Judge Morgan when he refused my applications (several times) for full disclosure and for witnesses against me.
This letter is also an application for a trial, not a new one, because I never got a trial in the first place as no evidence from my accusers never introduced any, the statement by Judge Morgan was also that the matters before were civil and outside his jurisdiction, he being a criminal person.
In a letter from the Lord Chancellor states that "the Act makes it unlawful for any public authority to act in a way which is incompatible with a convention" that be article 6 of the European Convention on Human rights. I am being supported by my MP Owen Paterson in this matter.
