Says Tony Barnett I do wish to examine the claims and to ask also for disclosure, so I do wish to speak, I am aware that PINS will not require documentation, but we/I do, my questions are on behalf of, as well as myself so how ever long it takes, so be it, perhaps mentioning this to the inspector and claimants would be prudent.

Ms Noyce has not indicated on one application form who the council or herself is acting for, I have the particulars of one estates firm, but they have no documents of ownership or lawful occupation, Natural England, wildlife trust and the national trust are in the same boat, I do also have copies of the 1965 CRA, the common was a section 9,now 45.
