TONY BARNETT WRITES TO THE BHS

"This decision should have been by ballot to include all members, your decision therefore was not a general consensus of opinion and as such you are not BHS"

Says Tony Barnett

Says Tony Barnett To claire.aldridge, mark.weston, lynn.petersen, lisa.cowley

Your reasons for pushing Maureen Comber out is not the real reason, the post of access officer is to help keep access safe and accessible, which has meant taking on those that wish to deprive lawful rights, unlike those wish to appease to avoid having to practice what is preached and take on councils etc

As there is no one with legal standing, this decision should have been by ballot to include all members, your decision therefore was not a general consensus of opinion and as such you are not BHS which I will say was created with/by consensus as was the decision to apply for a charity status.

I have to day spoken to your insurance company regarding horse and rider accident, to include statements on BHS insurance claims when entering un adopted lanes, open access land and common land, none of which carry capabilities of cover, this will also apply to your choice of gates.

I have disclosed my contact details South Essex Insurance Brokers Ltd
