"The county council does not consider the improvement work to be dangerous"
Says Suffolk County Council
We can now provide you with the following update and information
The county council has the powers to improve public highways, including public bridleways, and consent from the environment minister was neither sought nor required.

A copy of the county council’s insurance policy cover is attached to this email.”
