Bissell Park Estate is steeped in tradition. In the
19th Century when it was owned by the second Lord Dudley,
it was claimed, he could ride 17 miles without leaving
his own land.
Today it is the oldest and one of the largest Christmas
tree operations in Worcestershire. It has also got everything
for the rider. An equestrian centre. Five cross-country
courses including two “Diddy”ones, Five ménages,
including three all-weather ones, one of which is flood-lit.
Safe riding around the whole of the estate.
Full, part, DIY and over-night livery and stables.
. And virtually a non-stop programme of special events
including Parelli camps and fun rides.
All set in 150 acres of private coniferous woodland
and parklands. They are also the homebase for the Bromsgrove
and District Riding Club.
