Merlin works his magic for Shardeloes Farm Equestrian
Centre. Except in this case it's not Merlin, the magician.
But Merlin, the UK's first fully interactive mechanical
horse.
He is the star and main attraction of their BHS-approved "Where
to train"
centre, which is utilised by everyone from beginners
wondering whether they are confident enough to sit on
top of a real horse to experienced riders, who want to
know whether they are fit enough to tackle Badminton.
As well as their 39 fence cross-country course, Shardeloes
also boasts a Hydrotherapy Unit. Set in 500-acres of
rolling English countryside, it is also the favourite
venue for a well-known horsey personality. But if we told you her name, Merlin
would have to turn you into a frog.
