Tony Barnett returns to Court in bid by worcester county council for the court to make an order for him to give a fiancial statement
Court case postponed because of broken lift
Tony Barnett refused to climb three flights of stairs to Court to attend court hearing
Says Tony Barnett
I HAVE TO DAY APPEARED IN HANLEY COURT, WHERE I REFUSED TO GIVE ANY INFORMATION ON MY FIANCIAL STATUS, I WILL NEVER DIVULGE ANY OF MY PRIVATE MEANS, THIS IS MY RIGHT.
IT WAS ALSO PUT BEFORE AN OFFICER OF THAT COURT, THAT I AM ASKING THE COURTS OF APPEAL CIVIL DIVISION, LONDON, FOR AN APPEAL HEARING, FOR THIS I STILL REQUIRE COPIES OF THE ORDERS TO ATTACH TO MY APPEAL AND THAT WORCESTER COURT ARE REFUSING TO FURNISH ME WITH THOSE DOCUMENTS.
THE INTENDED HEARING DID NOT MATERILISE, POSSIBLY BECAUSE I REFUSED TO CLIMB STAIRS TO THE COURT ROOM, I ALSO REFUSED TO COMPLETE THE STATUS ENQUIRY FORMS.
I HAVE LODGED A COMPLAINT WITH THE COURT OF APPEAL REGARDING THE REFUSAL BY WORCESTER COUNTY COURT TO SEND THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AND THAT THE SAME COURT REFUSED MY RIGHTS TO HAVE THE MATTERS HEARD IN THE HIGH COURTS LONDON.
IN THE EVENT OF A NEW TRIAL, I WILL ASK THE COURTS TO LIFT THE ORDERS, WHICH WILL REQUIRE FULL DISCLOSURE TO SHOW EVIDENCE HELD BY WORCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL.
